We collect the information you provide on our intake form (name, phone, email, target city, household details, income range, credit estimate, savings, timeline, motivation, and down payment assistance preference) for the purpose of matching you with Minnesota homebuyer assistance programs and connecting you with our agent (Zaq) for follow-up.
How we use your information
- To contact you about home-buying programs you may qualify for.
- To send you scheduling links and follow-up via email, SMS, and phone.
- To improve our funnel, our copy, and our overall service quality.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it with vetted service providers (Supabase, Resend, Twilio, Cal.com, Cloudflare, Vercel) strictly to deliver this service. We may share your contact information with partner lenders or housing counselors only with your explicit consent or instruction.
SMS / TCPA
By submitting the form and checking the consent box on the final step, you provide your express written consent for Green Keys Realty and Zaq Awad to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided — including by autodialed call, prerecorded message, and SMS — about Minnesota down-payment assistance programs and home-buying services.
